Red Mick featured on BBC Radio 2s Earth Wind For Hire. Mick sang Holding Back The Years on this much published Bill Bailey show. While working on Never Mind The Buzzcocks Bill described Mick as the only Mick Hucknall tribute act in the UK

LIVE BAND
The show is now available with a live band; I can provide the band or am equally comfortable using a resident reading band by supplying 4 part dots and a click track, this works extremely well on The Ocean Village!

Happy New Year!
Just kicked off 2007 with a working cruise around the Caribbean, these trips on the Ocean Village are proving very successful and with a new ship added to the fleet in April it should hopefully be a busy 2007 for yours truly

NEW SINGLE!!!
The Mick Hucknall penned “Oh What A Girl” is to be released in September, I heard this song at the Warwick Castle show and I think it’s fair to say Mick is back to form, classic Simply Red! BUY IT, it keeps me in a job!

The Dennis Waterman golf day was great success, lots of money was raised for SPARKS and yours truly got to sing Wonderful Tonight as a duet with Dennis, a fantastic day all round!

Lots of good things in the pipeline for next year, I am in the process of auditioning musicians and tribute acts for a brand new double header theatre show, watch this space! I will also be off to Dubai and South Africa in 2007 for a couple of mini tours.

The new sound and lighting system arrives.
As from this weekend 3200watts of state of the art RCF active speakers will be powering the show.
The latest NJD spectre lighting has also been added.
This investment is bound to enhance the show even more!
